Lead paint, contaminated water and crumbling facilities are not uncommon in Baltimore, despite state and federal health and safety regulations, writes Towson journalism student Jazzmen Tynes.Tynes compiled images, stories and interviews detailing only a few of the numerous challenges facing the city’s public education system and its school buildings.
